I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Chan and his entire team. From the moment I walked in, Pam at the front desk made me feel welcomed and valued. She is friendly, professional, organized, and truly sets the tone for a positive patient experience. Taylor, Dr. Chan’s assistant, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! Her calm demeanor and attention to detail helped put me completely at ease. Dr. Chan is simply one of the best healthcare professionals I have ever encountered. He combines incredible clinical expertise with genuine compassion and professionalism. He took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment, answer all of my questions, and ensure I felt confident with our plan. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence are evident in everything he does. The entire office operates at the highest level, and it’s clear that patient care is their top priority. I cannot recommend Dr. Chan, Taylor, Pam, and the entire team highly enough. If you’re looking for a dental practice that delivers exceptional care, professionalism, and a truly positive experience, this is the place to go.

I'd give this place ten stars if I could. I had some pretty extensive dental work that needed to be done and I appreciated that this office gave me options, not just one treatment plan. It was hey, this is a good option, this is a better option, and this is the best. Basically, they met me where I was at and helped develop a treatment plan that fit me best. Dr. Chan is very confident in what he does. He speaks calmly, and I have never felt like I wasn't in good hands while in his chair. I also appreciate the fact that he is so wellness driven. He's always updating me on the newest things he's discovered, new education and conferences he's attended, and even helped me with my sleep apnea with a laser treatment! Thank you Dr. Chan and staff for your superior service.

1/5 Stars – Absolute Nightmare Dentist – Do NOT Go Here I went to this dentist thinking I could trust a professional with my tooth pain. Big mistake. From the moment I sat in the chair, he completely dismissed my concerns. I explicitly told him that something felt seriously wrong sharp pain, sensitivity, and a history of issues with that tooth. He barely listened, cut me off, and after a quick poke around, declared it was "just a high bite" that needed a simple adjustment. No diagnostics, no discussion. Fast forward a few days: the pain got exponentially worse. I ended up at an emergency dentist who immediately took x-rays and confirmed a full-blown infection—abscess and all. I needed antibiotics, a root canal, and now face additional procedures and costs because this clown let it fester. All while patting himself on the back for his "high bite" diagnosis. This guy doesn't care about patients he cares about rushing people through and collecting his fee. His incompetence nearly cost me my tooth and definitely cost me time, money, and unnecessary suffering. If you're in pain, run the other way. Find someone who actually listens, follows basic standards of care, and doesn't play Russi
